Inside The Lab

Inside The Lab is everything you need to build the life, work, and legacy you came here for. Each part of the experience works together to help you turn your vision into something you can actually live, build, and sustain.

This agreement applies to the spot and payment option you selected in your Legacy Lab application, and includes the following:

• 12 live coaching sessions
• The curriculum
• Personalized workbooks
• Direct access to Sienna
• Private community
• Resource library

If you applied for VIP, it also includes:

• 4 private 1:1 coaching sessions
• 12 months of curriculum access
• Plus everything else inside The Legacy Lab

The agreement

In this agreement, "I," "me," and "my" refer to the participant signing below. "Sienna" refers to Sienna J. Brown / Intention United SL.

By signing this agreement, I accept and commit to the following:

1. My choices. This agreement covers the spot (Legacy Lab or VIP) and the payment option I selected in my application.
2. Commitment. The Legacy Lab is a 4-month program. My results depend on how fully I show up, do the work, and take part.
3. Payment and refunds. I'm responsible for the full fee for the entire program, whether or not I complete it, attend the calls, or take part in the community. All payments are non-refundable once access is granted, and if I chose a payment plan, every scheduled payment must be made on time. If Sienna decides not to run the program as planned for any unforeseen reason, I'll be notified and receive a full refund.
4. Missed calls. If I miss a live call, I can watch the recording. Missed calls are not made up or refunded.
5. Access. My access to the community, curriculum, and recordings is for me only. I won't share my login or the materials. Access ends when the program ends. VIP participants keep curriculum access for 12 months.
6. Confidentiality. Confidentiality goes both ways. Sienna will keep private what I share in calls, 1:1 sessions, and the community, and won't share it with anyone outside the Lab unless I give permission in the "Sharing your story" section. I'll keep private anything other participants share in calls or in the community, during the program and after it ends. If I share another participant's information shared in confidence, I'll be removed from the program with no refund.
7. Recordings. Live calls are recorded and shared only with participants in the program.
8. Intellectual property. All materials, resources, content, and recordings in The Legacy Lab, including the curriculum, workbooks, templates, and The Garden ("Materials"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Sienna J. Brown / Intention United SL. The Materials are for my personal use within the program, and I can apply what I learn to my own life and business. I won't reproduce, share, sell, trade, teach, or use the Materials for any commercial purpose without Sienna's written consent. Any unauthorized use is an infringement of her intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action under applicable law.
9. My work stays mine. Anything I, the participant, create during the program, such as my offers, content, business ideas, and workbook answers, belongs to me. Sienna does not claim ownership of my work, and her feedback on it does not change that.
10. Not therapy or professional advice. The Legacy Lab is coaching and education, not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. I'm responsible for my own decisions and results, and no specific income or outcome is guaranteed.
11. Community care. I'll treat everyone in the Lab with respect. Sienna may remove anyone whose behavior harms the group, without a refund.
12. Changes. Sienna may adjust call times or schedules when needed and will let participants know in advance.
